I don’t normally put ‘non-royal’ items (articles or links) on my blogs because, well, that would stray from the point now wouldn’t it? However, in this case I’m going to make an exception. The King of Spain and a drunken bear

It has been reported that Spain’s King shot a bear that was drunk on vodka. What I would like to know is how did the bear get drunk? Bears are large animals so how much vodka would the bear need to drink in order to get intoxicated? What do the animal rights activists have to say about this?

I don’t condone animals being shot for sport, but again, as bears are large animals, is the King really that bad a shot?

I guess we’ll never know will we?
