To celebrate the Queen's 80th birthday, the British Postal Museum and Archive has an online exhibit of the Queen's image on stamps throughout her life.

Prince Andrew, Duke of York has a fondness for Canada having spent part of his youth attending Lakefield College in Peterborough, Ontario. Today he returned to Peterborough to donate three canoes to the Canadian Canoe museum.
These canoes were official gifts to the royal family from Canada, and since the Queen and Prince Charles aren't using them, Prince Andrew decided to make a long-term loan to the museum.
